Chef Paul Olson sources ingredients locally to create the beautiful cuisine at his restaurant, Mission Table on the Old Mission Penninsula. The restaurant sources their ingredients from local farms who use sustainable farming practices to lower their carbon footprint and to avoid negatively impacting the environment.
This video, by filmmaker Evan Joling, shows Olson going to Santucci Farm to collect the day’s harvest and then returning to Mission Table to incorporate these fresh, local ingredients into a variety of dishes. Music by local singer/songwriter Danny Kline is featured in the video.
