Northern Michigan Events: There's fun for everyone at Kalkaska's 77th Annual National Trout Festival, April 24-28, 2013. Festival goers can anticipate trout fishing contests, special breakfasts, children's contests, parades, themed dinners, crafts and so much more! Wednesday April 24th

6:00 pm Opening Ceremonies at the Trout Memorial Trout King and Queen Coronation 6:30 pm Open House and Taste of Trout Shady Bell—Brewers Tire—Old Village Police Garage

Thursday April 25th

10:00 am Flea Market opens—Fairgrounds (weather permitting)

4:00 pm Carnival Starts—Fairgrounds

5:00 pm to 9:00pm Shady Belle Food and Entertainment Brewers Tire—Old Village Police Garage

6:30 pm Media Night—Twin Birch Golf Club

Friday April 26th

9:00 am to 5:00 pm United Methodist Men’s inside yard sale—United Methodist Church

10:00 am Carnival opens—Fairgrounds 10:00 am Flea Market opens ( weather permitting) 10:00 am to closing Whispering Pines Animal Kingdom Reptile Display—Fairgrounds (Camel rides will be available)

11:00 am to 9:00 pm Shady Belle Food and Entertainment Brewer Tire—Old Village Police Garage

11:30 am Crowning of the Senior King and Queen—Senior Center

2:00 pm Youth Parade—Downtown Kalkaska

5:00 pm to 10:00 pm Troutzilla Music Stage (at entertainment tent)
