Cherries, parades, live music, carnival rides… and the Old Town Classic Vehicle Show! Scheduled for Sunday, July 8, the National Cherry Festival will once again welcome the best classic vehicles from the area into the “Classic” part of Traverse City.

Have your own worthy classic car, truck, tractor or motorcycle? Register to enter into one of the three judging classes and see your own prized beauty line the street.

Grand Traverse Resort and Casino is once again the title sponsor of the Old Town Classic Vehicle Show and on Friday, July 6th will shift gears to host a Cruise Night at Turtle Creek, departing at 6:00 p.m. Cruise around Elk Lake on a 45-minute drive, then return to Turtle Creek for refreshments. Around 150 classic vehicles made the cruise last year, making for an unforgettable evening for all classic car lovers!

The National Cherry Festival's Old Town Classic Vehicle Show receives support from the Cherry Bowl Cruisers, the Great Lakes Chapter of the AMCA, and the Twin Bay British Car Club, and in turn donates a portion of registration revenue to these organizations. In the spirit of giving, these organizations then give the earnings right back to Northern Michigan's local communities.
