Shanty Creek Resorts
This year Shanty Creek Resorts is celebrating 40 years of Schuss Mountain with exciting events scheduled throughout the season. And Shanty Creek is unveiling “the Cheapest Lift Ticket in America,” just $10/day for Summit Mountain only.Location: Bellaire
The Ultimate Pass: The all-season, all-access season pass, valid every day and night, for Summit and Schuss Mountains. $249.
The Steal: $10 lift tickets all season for Summit Mountain only. And with purchase of a Summit Only ticket, enjoy $15 rentals/day. Also: A Shanty Creek Punch Card gets you four Sunday-Friday tickets, one Saturday/Holiday ticket, and five anytime Summit Only Tickets. Only $99.

Boyne Mountain and Boyne Highlands
Get ready for 114 runs, 5 terrain parks, two halfpipes, an 18’ Superpipe (one of the longest in North America!) as well as two skier/boarder cross courses.Location: Boyne Falls and Harbor Springs
The Ultimate Pass: The Gold Pass gives you unlimited skiing and riding with no blackout dates at both locations. $699.
The Steal: The Bronze Pass offers skiing and riding Monday–Friday with certain blackout dates. $269.
Extra Perks: All Boyne passes offer access to both Boyne Mountain and Boyne Highlands and great perks at sister resorts (eight total, with free and discounted access). Passes also offer discounts on lodging and retail.

Huge improvements were made last season, including a new triple chairlift on Pintail Peak, 12 new patented snowguns for a total of 262 guns (all of which were invented and patented on the premises) and new rental snowboards. New this season? Expanded cross-country ski trails and reduced blackout days on the Limited Season’s Pass. You’ll also want to know that Nub’s Superpipe was rated in the Top 5 East Coast Pipes in the 2009 Transworld Snowboarding Reader Survey.Location: Harbor Springs
The Ultimate Pass: The unlimited adult pass offers skiing anytime, including night skiing on both downhill and cross country trails. $526.
The Steal: The bargain pass allows you to ski once a week on any day of the week (excludes Saturdays) or any consecutive 4-hour time period daily, twice a week. $252.
Extra Perks: Families (4+) save 15 percent if they purchase passes before October 10. As a ticket holder, also receive discounts at Searchmont Resort, Ontario.
